Abstract

Early rupture of membranes is one of the abnormalities in pregnancy. Early rupture of membranes is an
important problem in obstetrics, as it is associated with complications that adversely affect maternal health and
wellbeing as well as on intrauterine fetal growth and development, so that it can improve health problems in
Indonesia. Research Objectives To determine Factors Related to the incidence of premature rupture of
membranes at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor Year 2016. Research Methods Methods in this study
is analytical, with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 85 pregnant women with
premature rupture of membranes at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Year 2016, with a total sample of 85 samples.
In this study researchers used secondary data (medical records) by checking the checklist, then processing the
data using univariate and bivariate analysis. Hypothesis test using Chi-Square test. This research is done
because the incidence of Inflatable Burden in RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi-Bogor Year 2016 has
increased from the previous year to (14.7%) .The percentage of incidence of KPD at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika
Year 2015 Number of Pregnant Women with KPD of 60 People (11.1%), but in the Year 2016 as many as 85
people (14.7%) Pregnant Women experienced KPD increased. The conclusions in this study were investigated,
variables, parity, multiple pregnancy and work related to the incidence of premature rupture of membranes,
while age has no relationship with the prematurity of premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women.
Early rupture of membranes requires proper management so that complications that harm the mother and fetus
can be prevented.
